Josh Harris, Co-Founder
Josh Harris founded Harris Philanthropies in 2014 with the mission of strengthening communities and developing leaders through equitable and inclusive investing. Josh is also a Co-Founder of Apollo Global Management and Founder of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (HBSE). Today, Apollo is the second-largest alternatives and largest alternative credit manager. In connection with the HBSE portfolio, Josh is the Managing Partner of the Philadelphia 76ers and the New Jersey Devils.
Marjorie Harris, Co-Founder
Marjorie Harris is the Co-Founder of Harris Philanthropies. Additionally, Marjorie serves as the Chair of the Sixers Youth Foundation, transitioning from Board membership to Chair in 2020. Marjorie holds a number of board positions, including the Board of Trustees of Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School, the Board of Dean Advisors of The Harvard Business School and the National Board of Directors of After-School All-Stars.
