Josh Harris, Co-Founder
Josh Harris founded Harris Philanthropies in 2014 with the mission of strengthening communities and developing leaders through equitable and inclusive investing. Josh is also the Co-Founder of Apollo Global Management and Founder of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (HBSE). Under his leadership, Apollo has become the second-largest alternatives and largest alternative credit manager, lending to small-to-mid-sized businesses and managing over $400 billion in assets. In connection with the HBSE portfolio, he is the Managing Partner of the Philadelphia 76ers and the New Jersey Devils.
Marjorie Harris, Co-Founder
Marjorie Harris is the Co-Founder of Harris Philanthropies. Additionally, Marjorie serves as the Chair of the Sixers Youth Foundation, transitioning from Board membership to Chair in 2020. Marjorie holds a number of board positions, including the Board of Trustees of Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School, the Board of Dean Advisors of The Harvard Business School and the National Board of Directors of After-School All-Stars.
Kim Sagor, Director
Kim Sagor is the Director of Harris Philanthropies and is responsible for leading the Foundation’s overall strategy, evaluating grantmaking opportunities and utilizing metrics to measure outcomes. Prior to joining Harris Philanthropies, Kim spent over a decade at the Robin Hood Foundation where she managed a diverse portfolio of grants and advised grantees with their fundraising, strategic planning, marketing and board development efforts.
